My standard schedule is 5 lifting days per week (Mon-Wed, Fri-Sat). I've only lifted twice a week for the last three weeks. I haven't actually gotten all 5 of my lifts in during any given week since April 🙃.

Celebrating getting back under my goal time for this distance (30 min)! I’ve struggled a little with consistency lately as I juggle a lot of priorities, but today I really nailed it. If I can get this distance down to 25 min, I’ll reward myself… by going up to 1500yd! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️
