Or this football crafting shot at Wilson Sporting Goods. Would love to see more of this strategic detail and worker recognition in the bland corporate life sci imagery I see.

Best exhibit I’ve seen lately: Christopher Payne's large format photography show at the Cooper Hewitt. Favorite photo: Leon Kalajian with a sunray pleating board, Tom's Sons International Pleating (NYC). Love the detail and the naming of the worker: an antidote to bad corporate stock photos.
Pleated fabrics are made by pressing them between carefully folded and scored paper molds. Leon was in the pleating business for over 70 years before passing away in 2023.

“You only have to pause your subterranean scurrying and look. There is a pleasure to be had in finding beauty in unexpected places and taking time to contemplate…Take a minute to explore what water, time and your fellow riders have created. You’ll have the museum to yourself until the next train “

There is no bravery in CBS keeping a deeply problematic wellness guru, as Abrams disappointingly (or ludicrously) suggests. There is no defense. Instead, as Gretchen Carlson states below, it would be far better we advocate for women who’ve been impacted for speaking up in broadcast and beyond.
Tweet from broadcast journalist Gretchen Carlson: “It would be great to see a similar article advocating that all of the women who've lost their careers for simply coming forward about misbehavior get their jobs back too — instead of yet another propping up a man who actually misbehaved.” Here’s the article she referenced: https://www.mediaite.com/opinion/in-defense-of-bari-weiss-not-firing-peter-attia-at-cbs/
