If you’re curious what the status of your referendum special ballot is after you’ve mailed it in, the status page that you got a link to after your request for one also lets you know if it’s been received and counted.

A screenshot of Elections Alberta’s special ballot status page, showing the progression from request to approval to sent and finally received and counted.

Also, I recently jumped into Trails in the Sky Chapter 1, so I’ll be juggling a few big games, lol

1/Got three new projects under my belt over the last two days alongside my coursework. Then finished my evening off going back to basics and making two extra large scrunchies as Emily and I love this fabric. So I made one for Emily and there is one more available for £10- if anyone wants to help

To be fair, the new Castlevania and Final Fantasy Resonance are also coming next month, so Aion 2 is gonna have some stiff competition.

Still thinking I’ll give Aion 2 a shot, though some of the info released recently made me decide to refund my supporters pack. Probably jump in at launch, pick up the sub for a month, and see if it grabs me.

CRITICAL : You only have until Friday to request your mail-in ballots for the October referendum! Make sure your friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances all have a plan to cast their vote in the October 19 referendum.

I seem to remember Gunn mentioning that the actor who played Beetle, Xolo Ramirez, would continue to play the part in the DCU. He’s supposed to be in the Superman sequel, I think.

The only DCU entry that I haven’t seen, I think, is Peacemaker season 2. Still working my way through that one. And Blue Beetle, too, I suppose.

I’ve really been enjoying the revamped DCU. I *loved* the new Superman, and Lanterns is a fantastic addition to the world!

Ooo, made it onto the reservation queue for the Steam Frame! Pretty excited to get my hands on it.

We should stick with Standard Time, and if that option had been on the referendum instead of DST, I think it would have won by a wide margin.

The Aion 2 server load test is today and tomorrow, and it’s free to access for everyone. The test periods are a bit limited, but if you wanted to try the game out before it launches on October 5th, jump in there!

Steam Frame’s up on Steam! $1529-$1859, Canadian. Looks like we’re doing a lottery system like there was with the Machine!

@elections.ab.ca My middle name is out of date on my special ballet declaration, is that something I can simply correct or do I need to have an entirely new ballot package sent to me? My ID reflects the up to date name, and we do have to send a copy of that along already!

Ahhh, it’s just as good as I remember. I would love a sequel, I don’t think Double Fine’s kickstarter will hit $100M for the BL2 stretch goal but here’s hoping they added it to attract some companies/folks with deep pockets to fund it.

As a new Harry Potter trailer makes the rounds, it bears repeating that there’s no way to watch this show without supporting J.K. Rowling’s bigotry and the structural violence she’s inflicting on the trans community.
