Yup, used to hear dad get into it with other car guys about every American and Euro car company under the sun. I brought up JDM when I started getting into cars and they made some derogatory rice remarks. They all now wonder why car culture became so subdued with the younger crowd.

You make silly videos and have the music taste of a 60 year old. You have a good heart and make videos that have me and my wife laughing. She will randomly call me a basement boomer and it gets a laugh out of me on my worst days. I hate these people, its so much easier to move on.

Haven't touched it yet, but that almost sounds like something people would have said about DS9 if it came out today instead of the 90s. Maybe it'll grow in popularity? I hope I enjoy it more than Discovery, even if I find it hard to like 32nd century ship designs nearly as much as 24th and 23rd

I agree, I still would like a newer orc character that represents the newest iteration of the Horde to step forward. We need the modern Thrall for lack of better wording. Like I had Ogrim, Grom and others originally. Thrall came along and recontextualized the Horde. Think its time for that again.

Hell yeah, totally agreed. She was so off putting and just a one way street, that I was like what sane person would give these many chances, at least for romance. Writing wise she breaks down for me, because she turns into what you choose to make her into rather than anything intrinsic.

Genuinely disheartening, this guy inspired a generation with paleoart meets fantasy, with a dash of introduction to a bit of a steampunk aesthetic I would argue. I know the older generation is from the all tech becomes good camp, but its amazing how wilfully obtuse they are being at consequences.

This just reminded me RotK I saw in theaters 5 times. That seemed like the last simple time of my life. Never put together why LotR meant so much to me. Met my first girlfriend on a forum dedicated to arachnids on a thread discussing Shelob. Think I need to take a walk and listen to the soundtrack.
