I feel like it helps when I'm on it, but it's one of those things. it makes me better at focusing on one thought at a time which is good and makes me less anxious, but sometimes, it makes me feel a little wired. also I'm very migraine prone and I have more of those when I take it :(

it hasn't given me acne but big yes to the redness! i very easily get very flushed and even when it's not a heat intolerance thing my skin has this unflattering reddish undertone. I'm going to take a break as well.
