These topics shouldn't be behind a paywall...but I do still need to buy food. The Connection Tier and any other forms of paid subscriptions help me do that. As well as supporting me, Connection members get sent links to whatsapp chats and subscribed to the newsletter (if they're not already).

I include important topics to help coaches on the training field, discuss power and bias in the coaching workforce and shine a light on including female-centric and player-centred ways of coaching.

Let's do a deeper dive into the memberships. First up is the Connection tier The Connection tier is a way for people to regularly support the work. The newsletter and podcast isn't behind a paywall. I operate using a tip jar model.

It’s a continuation of Coaching Care and Creativity. The tiers are: connection, compass, catalyst and club Each one hopefully evokes what the coaches will gain from each tier too.

Hitting launch on the coach memberships this week was quite scary. What if it doesn’t work etc? But, as always, what if it does? You know the thing that got me the most excited? How everything was themed around the letter C

Another month of the self employed life comes to a close. "I'm skint but I'm having fun" is the main message I reply with when anyone asks me. That is pretty much the truth, there's no regular payments, my newsletter operates a tip jar model of support (which I believe in) but I am having a blast.
