As a dev lead, I triaged all incoming bugs, like crashes. I'd load up WinDBG and figure out what the crash was so that I could factually justify why I was assigning the bug to a person or group. It's good to keep in mind the *Multiplier Effect*. Given the number of job reductions in progress right now, I remind myself it's not just those jobs lost. (2) Bullets. I love bullets.
