Senate Republicans shelved a vote on the SAVE Act after the majority leader admitted they don’t have the votes—but a scaled-back version is now moving through reconciliation, paying states to require proof of citizenship and photo ID to register voters. The petition asks Congress to stop it.

Stop the Save Act

Stop the Save Act. The Save America Act, which in an honest world would be called the Save Trump Act, must be stopped. It is an absolute, anti-democracy…

I'm so sorry that our once decent governor lost his effing mind and let her out early.

Nothing tests your dedication to your union like sitting through endless hours debating multiple potential amendments to your union contract.

Feeling really bad right now seniors who don't have family to help with their medical issues. I just got off a call with the company that provides my mom's CGM. They recommend their app. I will probably download if it will make this process easier. Usually I just call them and say I'm her.

Without stating your age, post your favorite film released the year you turned 18. I couldn't choose between these.

Just finished Wolf Worm by @tkingfisher.com. It was every bit as creepy as I expected! And I learned in the acknowledgements that @neolithicsheep.bsky.social is responsible for some very icky things in Ursula's books. The Face!

I was in Baltimore last week for training. The day I left, a classmate and I had enough time to Uber downtown and get to see this.

Monday has started out...interesting. Loaded a box into my mail truck, the end came open. So much more about my customer than I ever wanted to know. Pro tip for people packing a "discreet" box: put actual packing material in there so everything doesn't just fall out. #postalworker

The exceptions are for ongoing surgical care or hormonal regimen, but it had to of been initiated prior to the new plan year.Make sure you are getting your meds and anything else you need ready prior to the end of the year to give yourself a chance to figure out your coverage once the new year hits.

Listed below is the process for getting a coverage exception for 2026 through the NALC health benefits plan. For anyone who had gender affirming surgery lined up for next year, the plan will no longer cover that procedure. 3/

Lauri (Mama of Cats and Defender of ✉️ Carriers) @ruabanrion.bsky.social · 16/10/2025

Starting with the 2026 plan year, FEHB and PSHB plans will exclude gender affirming care coverage as a benefit. For those who have received this coverage under the 2025 plan, there is an exceptions process that you can seek. 2/
