Looks like UKGE are finally attempting to take gender neutral toilets and trans safety seriously.

At UK Games Expo 2026 we are committed to creating a welcoming, accessible and inclusive experience for all attendees.

This year we are introducing gender neutral toilets in Hall 5 alongside the existing facilities across the venue.

If you need support during the show, a Help Desks will be available in Halls 2, 3A and 4, staffed by our UKGE Ambassadors who are there to assist visitors throughout the weekend.

The NEC also provides a range of accessible facilities including accessible toilets, lifts, wheelchair accessible halls, disabled parking and mobility scooter or wheelchair hire.

We want everyone to feel comfortable, supported and able to enjoy everything UKGE has to offer.

When I was in high school, my physics teacher tried to skip the astrophysics chapter, which did not sit well with my Trekkie self. So... I proposed that I teach it, and she let me do it! I LOVED it, the class seemed to get it, and I was able to revisit that vibe a bit making Mission Solar System!
