Here I am disappointed that "#InkTober" isn't 30 days of tattoos 🤣🤣

It warms my heart to see all the pushback WSU is getting over that press release, and I hope it'll be enough to make them reconsider their ridiculous decision. You cannot tell me that an institution with one of the BEST journalism programs available doesn't have students willing to work those roles

Also, WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW move by the @seattlekraken.com of making the week night games 6:40p starts as it makes a lot of difference!

I’ve covered NASCAR / ARCA full time over the last 15 years as credentialed media (and some INDYCAR races over the years). Here are my thoughts on what Jackson County put out today with the “F1” track given that I have friends within the F1 paddock:

WSU going to AI-generated stories for their sports instead of having students is an insult to the sports industry.

Listen, I love LeBron and the legacy he’s built. But NO player / coach / staff member — anyone ineligible to bet because they can directly result the market — should NOT be promoting sports betting. This ought to be illegal

The only thing that sucks about this is that now the Dodgers / Yankees have fucking bulletin board material going into the impending lockout to argue that despite the amounts of money they can spend, small / medium sized markets can compete

From what I gather is that OKC Thunder will also have a standalone channel on DIRECTV so that means that, at least for this year, I don’t have to pay $19.99 /mo for anything on a streaming service for an in-market team 🙌🙌🙌
