We found a restaurant that serves Uyghur cuisine near our home!! I HAVE MISSED YOU UYGHUR NAAN AND HAND PULLED NOODLES!! It even lets you select vegetarian OR chicken egg rolls! They spell out what meat is in everything!

The Pizza Mines been hell on Dre the past couple of weeks (call outs, oven out, etc), so he got up 3 hours early to clean our entire house and prep our breakfasts for the week before working 11 hours without a lunch break. If he wanted to, he would. But I wish they would hire more CSRs & chefs soon.

Apartment AC has been broken for 2 days, couldn't sleep last night, and they decide to test the fire alarm for an HOUR AND A HALF, so I spent an hour on the patio IN MY NIGHTGOWN. It's 98 degrees outside. Everything is MISERY and HUMILIATION.

Dre is an excellent cat dad. Their coats are softer than angora rabbits. And that's including my Soos who has an allergy that affects his skin. I'm marrying that person next month if for no other reason than that. 🥹

I don't know how to say this, but I spent a week without consciousness due to new seizures, mini strokes, and panic attacks. Good news is, no heart attacks. Bad news, now I've got a series of doc appts to investigate illness, the new meds make me dizzy, & I bit off part of my tongue.

Health update: I had a seizure, a stroke, I bit the fuck out of my tongue, I have incurable blood cancer (essential thrombocytosis), 10 year prognosis (or more). I don't remember the past week. I'm home.

I think I've cultivated a particularly creative group of friends to the point that I genuinely don't understand what people do with their time and mind without art. What do people do? My fiancee says he doesn't understand art, but he makes recipes, so I don't think that counts.
