Yup. I refuse to pay office prices for glasses, it's a losing game. I love the glasses we get from them and I count it as a personal win to have converted my dad to them as well. He was blown away at how much he saved. Literally hundreds of dollars less.

20% done with the new book and doing my best to find my feet in a much less intense writing tone, while also trying to keep it under 400 pages. Dark & deep are much, much easier for me, but I really want to make this book (& trilogy) much more emotionally friendly/accessible than the last. #writing

I love how kettle dyed yarn stitches look lined up in a row. The way the colors stack and shift makes me happy. The yarn was a gift from my friend Noelle from Northern Ireland, the dyer is called IAY.

The IngramSpark ones are 1/8" thinner, and the colors on the cover are actually a litter closer to what they are on my computer screen (slightly less warm). I am so happy with how the cover I designed came out. Truly, utterly, so excited to have gotten this all done in less than a year. 🥳

And OMG they look fantastic! I knew going in that IngramSpark uses a thinner paper than Amazon (which I knew) and you can definitely tell. Which, honestly, I kinda like, it makes it feel and look less chonky. The paper feels silkier, but not flimsy.
