Colored sketch Only the most unfortunate souls have seen the flooded tombs where the Sisters do their work. Those with tangled destinies will never escape the loving attention of the weavers, who braid fortune and disaster tightly together. #art #digitalart #OC #mythology

A lanky, pallid, eyeless creature with a jagged smile weaves a spiderweb of golden thread. It has eight fingers on each hand.

Figuring out how an eight-fingered hand would work has been a real challenge...

new sketch incoming. (bluesky, please don't label Vol's tiddies as sexually explicit, he's just a meaty boy!) repost with tags #digitalart #art #OC

underrated advice that i wish i'd figured out way earlier in my digital art life: if your drawing software lets you adjust your pen pressure so you can make more varied line weights without using a lot of pressure, DO IT!!! cut off the end of that pressure curve!!!

I love your linework, and I've fallen into this trap a lot--I love me some ribbon brushes!--so thank you for both the tools and the advice. I love finding a new brush that gets me closer to what I envison for a piece, but practicing my fundamentals has done way more for me in the long run.

Vol's design is inspired by the Cossacks of the Deluge period, and though he's trained in many weapons, he prefers a simple grain flail. Very Jan Žižka-coded.

Vol 🐂 A new character, and already one of my favorites. Vol's size and skillset makes him the perfect bucellary, or bodyguard. He's smarter than he appears and could make a passable spy if he weren't so large. #art #digitalart #OC
