I also don't know that I totally agree that every photo is necessarily effortful, at least any more than any other action. That said, even in my example, I took it to make a point and chose to do it. Does that effortfulness change when compelled to take the action for the sake of a game?

Sometimes I look at my to-do doc for a project and start to ask myself why I'm even making a game with this in it. I don't hate random tables or long lists of objects, but I do hate making them.

Finished up the illustration for my game this month. I’m pretty happy with how it came out. If I had a little more time, it could use a texture pass, but I don’t have the time or patience for that right now
