Inhaltlich wäre es gut für Deutschland, wenn Schwarz-Rot den grünen Vorschlag zur Sicherheits-Ausnahme von der Schuldenbremse aufnehmen würde: "Gesamtverteidigung + sipo-Aufgaben" := 1. Verteidigungsfähigkeit inkl. Dienste, auch kollektiv (EU!) 2. Ukrainehilfe, Stabilisierung 4. Zivilschutz/Cyber 1/

Of course, it's not easy to do. (Donors think it's not cheap, either, but that's a misunderstanding: if you don't invest in targeting your investment well, all of it is much more likely to be ineffective -- so a few percent of the total spend for good targeting is a steal!) 5/8
