Cooper might be one of my favorite characters ever. I watched through twin peaks for the first time this year and I fell in love with him immediately. He's so fun

It usually takes a security deposit and first month's rent if you're starting a brand new rent contract. If you're moving in with other people then it's cheaper. Price in general can vary wildly unfortunately so you kinda gotta research. Either way, good to have a job lined up before you move

010

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Genuinely and unfortunately, when you move out. It can be hard to get there, but it makes such a difference. Especially when you move in with people who love and support you. Hang in there 💜🫂💜 You'll make it through this. If you need help apartment or job hunting or anything please reach out

Also seeing Samus contort and climb and crawl around like an EMMI while cause she's a fucked up monster lady now would be sick

010

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Mildly related, part of me feels like the design of the EMMI is kinda reflected in Samus in Ravenous' cover art. She looks similarly proportioned and her hunched pose feels reminiscent. I really hope that it's an intentional detail and is in part a result of the final EMMI encounter in Dread

I think it's mostly the wispy ghost tail and the blue and pink color scheme that's informing that interpretation for me. It just reads as sweet smelling. But also now I think it would be cute for them to smell like fresh laundry

010

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I feel like Not tastes like black licorice and stale candy corn and is therefore edible to a degree. Mortem is either rancid and gives you every disease or tastes like jerky with no in-between. Cupid's like a scratch and sniff cotton candy sticker. They smell nice but taste like a postage stamp

Prism's party held a small dorm party recently during a side session and the theme was inner animal so I got to design a delicious outfit for them. He's dressed as a blue tongued skink since they already have a blue tongue to show off. 🦎 #dndoc #dnd #art

character illustration of pale blue earth genasi Prism with their silver hair slicked back and posed in a casual lounge. On their face is scale like makeup near the crystals littering their face. Their sheer cropped top has scale like patterns similar to a reptile. His outfit also has a fake lizard tail peeking from the back of some shiny leathery pants.

design of Prism's blue tongue skink like reptile party outfit. Next to the halfbody image of them is a portrait of him sticking his naturally blue tongue out with a tongue piercing seen.

You see, it's related to the pervert stuff cause the threat of her making you her next target is thrilling, but you know in your heart she won't cause she's fundamentally kind and good. Unless....? >:3c

I mean that stuff's a given. Who doesn't like an angry lady tearing people to shreds for fun?

110

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I like it because Samus is an abomination who is losing everything that makes her human and is a danger to life itself. I like it cause she has embraced the monstrousness that was forced upon her since everyone wants her dead for existing. I like that she's still a good person in spite of it all

OKAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Yeh true. No other game was really doing it like Undertale. It just comes off as a little dissonant is all. Meanwhile weird route is smiling and pointing and being like "You seein' this shit? Fucked up ain't it? Let's keep watching" and then lovingly holds your hand as you wait to see what's next

010

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Also the no mercy route metanarrative just feels kinda immature for lack of a better word. Like "ooo isn't it fucked up that you're doing this just to experience it? How bad of you to engage with this game in a way it was specially programmed for. Your reward is incredibly satisfying fights. Enjoy"

100

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Weird route is much better executed than no mercy. No mercy forces you to sacrifice story to get to experience some of the best bosses the game has to offer. Meanwhile weird route is effectively identical to a normal run gameplay-wise, and you get to see a super compelling twist on the characters

110

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

That's actually bugged in the current build. The ending plays but you don't get the achievement. And the ending is less narratively satisfying than the normal one so it's not even worth doing imo. I would say wait for a patch, but the devs stopped caring about fixing things millennia ago

010

Rothmorin @rothmorin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

I genuinely don't think I've ever seen a game depict stretch marks on a person's body before, let alone to this degree. It just feels really cool and unique
