A huge thank you to Lynn and Nicola! 🌟 They recently completed the London Summer Walk Ultra Challenge in memory of Lynn’s son, Tom, who sadly died from sarcoma in 2023, aged just 22. Discover more of our wonderful walking challenges at sarcoma.org.uk/walk

"I have friends who didn’t make it to the age I am. I feel extremely grateful for the treatment that I have." Maddie was 18 when diagnosed with ASPS. With no standard treatment, she faced trials & experimental drugs. Watch the BBC Lifeline Appeal, Sun on BBC Two. 📺 bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...
A promotional graphic featuring three circular portrait photographs of people arranged against a soft beige background with overlapping coloured rings in teal, coral pink, and dark green. The largest circle in the foreground shows a young blonde woman wearing gold earrings and a black top with a beaded necklace. Behind her are two smaller portraits - a man with glasses and grey hair, and an older woman with shoulder-length hair smiling outdoors. The Sarcoma UK logo appears in the bottom left, described as "The bone & soft tissue cancer charity" with their distinctive teal circular branding. Below this is the Lifeline logo featuring a stylised "L" with hands reaching upward in pink. The text reads "Maddie's story BBC TWO 21 Sept" in bold pink lettering, indicating a television programme broadcast date.

Gaping Gill is one of the largest underground chambers in Britain. The main shaft drops 98m (322ft) straight down, and the stream known as Fell Beck plunges into the cave, creating the highest unbroken waterfall in England. #TuesdayThoughts #GapingGill

🌄 Monday Motivation 🌄 We're kick starting the week with this breath-taking view of Upper Wharfedale, looking towards Cray. 💧 Cray is home to the Cray Waterfalls, a series of stunning cascades tucked into the hillside. 📍 #YorkshireDales #MondayMotivation
A scenic countryside landscape with rolling green hills and patchwork fields divided by hedgerows and stone walls. In the foreground, there is a dry stone wall topped with wire fencing, with tall grasses and small purple wildflowers growing beside it. Beyond the wall, lush green fields stretch across the valley floor, dotted with scattered farm buildings and clusters of trees. Dense wooded areas cover parts of the hillsides, and the land rises into more open moorland at the higher elevations. The sky above is partly cloudy with patches of blue, casting a mix of sunlight and shadows across the landscape, giving depth and texture to the view.
