I just feel like Black and Indigenous people deserve the whole month of October off, paid, so we can properly grieve through Indigenous People’s Day and Hoodoo Heritage Month.

One small action that I've done is look for more opportunities to meet new people outside of work. Coffee meetups, board game clubs, Halloween themed events, business networking, etc. I really aim to make more connections for friendships, potential romances, and professional growth.

People have no basic empathy. Why are y'all making Final Destination jokes out of someone's tragic death? Desensitized as hell.

It's weird that I'm so jaded about love in certain ways, yet I still want it.

I hate that I have to constantly strategize how to make more money, save more money, cut more costs.... It's too much to think about on a daily basis.

That people care about property values more than providing affordable housing.

Even when I research the actual meanings behind certain props on the ballot, I still find myself not knowing what the "right" choice is because there are so many sneaky loopholes and technicalities that I'm not aware of.

I am so tired of almost every company, organization, platform, youtuber, etc. pushing AI so hard like a drug. If you are someone who does this, you're encouraging people to not use their brain and to be as unoriginal and inauthentic as possible.

The way that Ilhan Omar has been attacked, threatened, and treated overall is just so disgusting. But that let's me know that she must be doing something right because why else would the opposing side be SO threatened by her efforts? The world absolutely hates powerful women.

I was applying for a job online. It was already a pain to find, enter, and re-enter certain pieces of info (company email, supervisor phone number). I was finally ready to click 'NEXT STEP'. The page scrolled me back up indicating that I REQUIRED to upload a cover. .... screw you.

It's so astounding to me how many people with some kind of personality disorder have been a part of my life. Mother, father, a formerly close cousin, students who I've worked with (and CURRENTLY working with). As a fellow neurodivergent (AuDHD), it can be deeply emotionally taxing.

I guess other than being perceived as too boring or quiet, I have had people who hated hearing the truth about themselves even if it's told in a gentle and balanced way. I do feel my avoidant side getting activated when the other person is moving way too fast (platonic OR romantic).

Question: People who love Better Buzz coffee, what is the main appeal? I've had it once and it was good but why does it seem like people are actually OBSESSED with it? Is it the options? The actual taste? The brand? I'm very curious.

1. I think it's ironic that men keep telling us as women to be more direct instead of giving clues and hints, but then this specific man relied on implications and assumptions.

I'm sorry (but not sorry). A lot of parents out there who constantly blame teachers and the school for their own child's misbehavior are dizzy and delusional AF. This is another reason why I never want to be a teacher. Some of you as parents are just the worst to deal with.

One of the main reasons why it seems like people are getting less and less intelligent is because the forces of the gov. and capitalism are encouraging us to consume more and think less. Impulse shopping, depending on AI, banning books (especially on Black history). They WANT us to be dumb.

Actually yes. But it wasn't anything violent or throwing things. After telling my mom something honest and vulnerable, she responded with criticism/disapproval for making a decision that was right for ME. Something in me snapped to the point where I was screaming everything pinned up inside me. ⬇️
