Not sure why this illegally tinted windowed, nissan altima with plates removed was blocking part of the bike/ped loop for 45+ minutes.... i assume "cop or cop adjacent"? who's to say? no plates means its the DSNY's problem and they won't respond for a week or more. Very clever Nissan Altima.

Oh cool about 1/3rd of the Ocean ave 2 way bike lane is finished along the western side of Prospect park! i'd have preferred less buffer between the sidewalk & bike lane, & more between the sidewalk & street - so that trees could be planted there as well - but all in all still a massive upgrade

Wide, freshly paved, two-way bike lane next to dirt with a sidewalk and wooded park on one side, a street with construction barriers on it and and beyond buildings on the other side.
