This was a quick 'Grab the camera and shoot' photo taken on a sunny afternoon. So, no great set-up, no makeup or wardrobe for the beetle. It was all rough and ready. They are a fascinating beetle though, my wife hates the male beetle due to their 'ginormous' pincers and I can't blame her.
