Bought the worlds tiniest ereader (Octopus for size comparison)

Ronk @ronk.standingintheodds.com · 03/08/2026

I finally finished the mammoth 1150 page "The Stand" by Stephen King and it was insanely good, it has single handedly revived my reading bug. Needed some shorter books for my cottage trip :)

And here's ol reliable; my bass rig I've used for every gig, practice, and bedroom jam sesh for the last 5ish years. It's got everything I need and sounds amazing. The M87 compressor and SansAmp are my bread and butter, the SansAmp just goes to FOH at gigs and I'm good to go.

Put together a pocket rig for guitar and bass! Has an isolated power supply, a polyphonic tuner for some spice, and headphones out for quiet playing. The HX Stomp is amazing, I'm terrible at using it and it still sounds amazing for both bass and guitar.

The only thing stopping me from buying more pedals is the fact that I refuse to make my rig any bigger than a small board and a bass. In another universe I have one of those full spaceship pedalboards with every pedal and effect known to man

I bought a glorious NAS and filled it with 12TB with 2 empty drives to spare. Finally, finally, all my footage won't suffocate my PC anymore

Here's the new Bingo Board for 2026! Some carry overs, some backlog, and some new fun hunts! Hopefully now that the bee is done I'll have some more squares filled in this year.

Slowly making a collection of them, as a kid I only ever had the 10th Anniversary Pokedex!

Ending my Elder Scrolls series playthrough with where it all began, ARENA! Rightfully a little buggy because it's ancient, but with a key remap mod it's tolerable. Daggerfall is the better DOS game and Morrowind is likely the best in the series, but Arena is more fun than I thought!

✨Shiny Piplup after 1208 SRs✨ First reset of the night! First phase and my final Sinnoh starter! I did the others in Plat and decided I needed to get the authentic Diamond/Pearl experience at least once, but I managed to avoid any birds this time! Amazing shiny.

I am officially no longer getting negative scores in A Feast for Odin, this is truly character development (by far the hardest, most complex, most FUN game I've played)

My Worlds haul from the Pokemon Center! Honestly I didn't think I'd care much about the Pokemon Center but it's such a fun time. @fexcollects.standingintheodds.com invited me along and I got a few of the fun exclusive items. A lot of fun, well worth trying out!
