Do they even understand why the checkpoints are necessary? Because before the checkpoints Palestinian terrorists were blowing up civilian buses and cafés every day.

Not to mention that the true law in Palestine as well as all other Muslim theocracies is the honor system, wherein you're expected to beat up, maim, disown, &/or kill anyone suspected of being gay. Generally done by FAMILY. Ahmad Abu Murkhiyeh was a gay Palestinian kidnapped from Israel & beheaded.

It is genuinely chilling how quickly antisemitism in leftist and entertainer spaces is accelerating. All they need to do is cite Palestine and suddenly everyone forgets everything they've been told in favor of defending blatant antisemitism from has-beens and mediocrities.

There is blatant & rampant antisemitism here and I don't see nearly enough of you speaking out against it. So many of you also follow accts that are engaging in antisemitism. I see you all speak up for other groups that are attacked, yet you're silent when it comes to defending our Jewish friends

Kate’s dedication of the book to her late father made me cry.

For my Pop, Michael Thomas Berthold -

drummer, architect, climate activist before it was fashionable, who laughed at Mel Brooks and cried at John Williams -

I wish you were here to see the solar panels and the garden and the piano and the laughter and everything you taught me to love

but I hear you in the Beatles, I see you in the birds.

I thought the last Q And Not U record from 2004, "Power," had been totally out of print for years, but I guess Dischord still has CDs in stock?! Aren't people buying those again? Well, if you want a physical copy, they still have some here: dischord.com/release/143/...

Album cover for "Power" by Q and Not U, set against a plain white background.

Key Visual Elements:

Top Row: Cut-out black and white portraits of band members tint-colored in red, yellow, orange, green, and pink. Beneath them, the band name "Q AND NOT U" is printed in black, uppercase sans-serif text along a slightly tilted baseline.

Bottom Row: A second row of cut-out portraits tinted in green, yellow, pink, red, and orange—with the figure on the far right holding an acoustic guitar that extends upward. Beneath this row, the album title "POWER" is written in bold, black sans-serif font.
