Forgot to post it, it bumped down my packing time for a holiday. Should have taken shortcuts but instead I had less sleep

A truly sickening amount of grape juice, juiced under duress, with a strange type of yeast used under cold conditions

Grape jar A, approx reading for specific gravity is 1.33 on the enormous grape juice unit

A smaller 1.27 reading on the grape and blueberry vessel done while extremely sleepy last week, I really hope this turns out drinkable

Airports are such weird liminal spaces where you’re constantly moving. The amount of open floor space is massive. You can’t close them easily to maintain them so the old stuff just gets disconnected and left to rot in place. New sections clamp on with completely different styles. They’re so bizarre

Yeast is in, it’s a little cold but we’re holding around 1.096 at two measures, there’s a lot of fruit pulp in the way. Off to the races

Time for a new brew, this one is set honey, lotus flower, and blueberries. Give or take 1.5kg of honey and 800g of blueberries.

Swapped everything over now, it’s a nice orange colour now. Doubt it’s gotten significantly stronger but the sweetness has become a nice dry finish so that’s a plus
