Second, they want to amend 18 U.S. Code § 1531 to read "Abortion Crimes" and add "chemical abortions" without a provider present to the statute. Third, they want to REDEFINE abortion as pictured, with biased language. Alabama and Oklahoma (both have near-total abortion bans) use this definition.
Screenshot of the bill's abortion definition which includes the use, prescription, administration, procurement, or sale of anything to be used to terminate a pregnancy and result in the death of an "unborn child".

The dark patterns in abortion crisis pregnancy center websites are a special level of insidious and predatory. The "For Men" section in some of these websites goes to show how far they'll go. This screenshot is an example. The "Your" here is not referring to the pregnant person.

Amazon is trying to trap me into a subscription after I cancelled them last month. My partner cancelled last year and just learned he’s been charged every month since. I tried deleting all my payment methods just now and I can’t for another 2 hours.

This part (screenshot). I have been trying to figure out why the various companies picking apart definitions of AI in U.S. bills bothered me so much and this explains it.
Highlight of an excerpt in Ali Alkhatib’s post on Defining AI: “One might inspect handguns and stun guns, come to the conclusion that these are two totally different technologies because they don’t operate on the same technical principles at all, and embarrassingly overlook that they’re obviously both tools police use to maim and kill people. You don’t need to deconstruct a handgun and a stun gun to understand their adjacent, often overlapping, roles in policing. Fixating on the firing mechanisms can apparently desensitize someone to the political neighborhood these technologies share, and make a person a very unreliable ally in an ongoing collective struggle to abolishing policing.”
