They work in supportive teams consisting of attending physicians, nurses, other residents and medical students. 000

Romberg Lab @romberglab.bsky.social · 25/08/2025My experience, I was not sleep deprived. I worked 6 days a week, 10 hrs/day with one overnight. I had a bedroom for the overnight and used it. That’s how you get 10,000 hrs. of experience in 3 years. The alternative is worse doctors or longer residencies. Ask patients and doctors if either is good. 100
