I had this issue again tonight and did some quick digging and somewhere I saw it suggested to refresh my mirrorlist. In CachyOS this can be done by running the command "sudo cachyos-rate-mirrors". It worked!

Sometimes I think about how I should've upgraded my GPU before the market had an aneurysm, and then I remember that half the time I'm playing games that look like this.
