Hey, long time! Poster I whipped up for this gig comin up! Few of my pals playing some punk rock. If you’re in Stoon and happen to like your music fast and dirty, and played by schmucks who can barely play their instruments, then you should check it out! Green Room is a pretty rad new venue. 🤟

ROLLES @rolles.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Finished poster for this gig! Few of my friends and my band too! 🤟 If y’all happen to live in Stoon, maybe come on by and hang! Gonna be a ripper! 🫠

Thanks for the late night artshare!🌛I run such late night hours, I always miss these too late…I feel seen. 🫠 No real gloomy or nighttime works, but I do draw shirts and gig posters for local metal bands and such, so I’d call these dark at least! 🤟😄

Uhm…well Krampus is old occult folklore, and the Grinch definitely would be if written hundreds of years ago…so here’s my Grinch and Krampus mashup! 🫠

First album (cassette) I ever got was Green Day Dookie, when I was 8…but the first album I got with my OWN money was actually 2 I picked up at same time, same year they both dropped when I was 14. Still luv both of these! 🫠

For years I drew refined fanart stuff, it was what everyone else was doing and I had a desire to impress people…but my favourite art is actually just simple cartoons/inks with a few splashes of colour. Poster art, punks and monsters, it doesn’t get as many views…but I don’t care, it’s what I luv!

ROLLES @rolles.bsky.social · 04/12/2024

Hey, now that we can post Gif’s, can finally post some of these! Sketch, to inks, to finished colours on my Band-It Posters design! 🤟This is the logo for my screen printing biz, I print for local bands and such…I know, so clever. 😊 I’m a pretty sloppy sketcher…digital art has spoiled me. 😅

Hiya! Thanx for the artshare! 🫠 I’m Rolles, digital illustrator from 🇨🇦, doin everything from concept art, to book illustration, to fanart and OC’s, but my passion is in poster and merch design! I run a small screen printing operation in my garage, it’s a good time!

First of my Holiday Horrors designs, a mashup of the Grinch and Krampas, that I call Mr. GRIMPUS!

Old gig poster I liked so much that I remade her into a new poster for myself! I just love drawing punks, and cool gals rockin guitars!

Some fanart of one of my favourite X-Men, Rogue!

Poster for local metal shredders Nuclear Feedback!

#artvsartist Since it’s dead of winter here in prairie 🇨🇦, I revolt by sharing old pic of me from last summer selling my wares! But to keep it festive anyway here’s my Grimpus shirt design too! 🎄

That’s right, I use SAI for pretty much everything, and the reason might surprise you…it’s because I’m stupid. 🫠 Seriously though, I’d kill for a gradient tool…and a circle tool…and a text tool…and……. [ #Artist challenge ] if you see this i dare you to share your program and #art! ✨

Favourite poster I did last year for a gig. Good show too! Good bands, good friends. 🫠 I also really want to screen print this one sometime, big, 18x24…even if I’m the only one who would like one. 😄

ROLLES @rolles.bsky.social · 02/12/2024

Godzilla poster I printed last year for an event! Yes…I still have a few prints left, 18x24. DM me if you’d perhaps like one! 🤟

Congrats yo! 🤟 I’m Chris, but friends just call me Rolles. I’m a digital illustrator from 🇨🇦. I do everything from concept art, to book illustration, to fanart/OC coms, but my real passion is in poster art and band merch design! I run a small screen printing shop in my garage, it’s a good time!

Design I did for a gig poster a couple years ago, always loved the design, so went and reworked it as a poster for my shop!

Grew up on the old X-Men cartoon, Rogue was always a fav, so finally got around to doing some fanart of her awhile back, stretching a bit of my shading and rendering skillz…that I don’t really do as much of anymore, since switching focus to screen printing designs. 😅But I always liked this one, eventually I’ll get around to doing a few more X-Men in this style.

Started my own Xmas tradition last year, by drawing monsters and slapping em on shirts! Grimpus is the first in the Holiday Horror series. Soon to be finished the next one shortly! ☃️

Hey, congrats on 1K! Freelance artist from 🇨🇦 here! I do all kinds of stuff from fanart, to character design, to logo and t-shirt design, but I also design and screen print posters for bands and events. Rock poster art has always been a passion of mine, so slowly been making it my main jam! 🤟

Second favourite poster design for a show last year, that I reworked into a poster for prints.

Old fanart pinup I made to promote my Patreon. Loved the old X-Men cartoon from back in the day, got me into reading the comics, and Rogue was always pretty cool!

Character commission for a friend! Character they designed and play as in the game Sunset Overdrive.

Another old fav. My OC Sam and a friends OC Kate. I got this whole shared universe of street punks in my head, centred around Sam, the leader of a gang that watches over the block. I like reimagining friend characters in that world from time to time, just for fun.😄 In that world, Kate’s a dancer. 😋
