Language can mean natural language, but it can also mean datasets, programming languages etc. I don't mean to say there are no other types of learning models, more that there are ways to use an LLM that don't involve a chat bot that has been configured to drive engagement and keep you talking.

I work in networking. I was just discussing today with a colleague in cyber security that even when the bubble eventually pops and all the hype and frivolities go away because someone remembered that money is expensive, cybersecurity will still be changed forever.

Eh on reflection it was definitely more of a late 90s, early 2000s thing. Beckham wore a Sarong in 1998 during the world cup and it was a huge story in the UK press. I finished school in 2002 and it was definitely in our vocab by then.

I am an old fart Deftones fan from the 90s and I fucking love seeing how well they are doing with the younger generation. At their recent gig in Dublin they sold out the biggest venue they've ever played here, and the crowd was significantly younger than what you normally see at a 90s metal band gig

Hens Teeth is a good spot for random cultural things. Rascals Brewing is a good brewpub with a distillery attached, they do tours, good pizza. Glasnevin Cemetery has excellent tours, would recommend going mid week because the Gravediggers pub has maybe the best pub food in Dublin.

Oh totally. Though in this case, nobody was actually smoking on the bus, and nobody had smoked on the bus for several years. There were still ashtrays built into the seats and burn marks everywhere, but the smell of tar and smoke doesn't go away.

I was a kid when smoking on buses was banned here, if you think bars smelled bad before the ban it had nothing on how bad the buses were. I remember taking a 3 hour summer coach ride several years after the ban came in and I still smelled like cigarettes when I got off the bus.

I wasn't prepared for how much I would love the ship combat. The writing and world design was fun, the characters were surprisingly good, but my god was taking on 3 or 4 ships in battle and crushing them with my flagship was way more fun than I expected it to be.
