Furthermore, rather than "protecting others", the agent created an out-of-control vehicle that then impacted another vehicle, resulting in a chain-reaction of damage, and had any bystanders been in the path, they would have been injured or killed themselves, not "protected" by the agents actions.

If a car is directly approaching anyone, shooting and disabling(killing!) the driver just puts one in the path of a then-uncontrolled vehicle that is not going to stop on its own, and the only possible response is to step out of the way, as is seen in the video. Instead it was an excuse for evil.

Maybe not a great analogy, but the U.S. has mega-more in resources to definitively help Ukraine and protect Europe (that is in our interest, they buy stuff from us), and the idea that we "can't afford" to help protect customers that we sell stuff to, *and* that will put their bodies on the line?

$150bn+3%->5% is "more"; suppose a house on the other side of your neighbor was on fire, they have one garden hose to put it out. You have 5 firetrucks, but you tell them, I'm not doing anything until you buy 2 more garden hoses. During that time, his house burns down and now yours is on fire.

I would say that there is perhaps no evidence for innate morality under 10 months, but when morality-referenced behavior emerges later, it could still be "innate". There are many behaviors that emerge at different stages of development that are still innate.

"Solar Time" is pretty neat - when the sun crosses exactly due south, it's noon, and a magnifying glass will focus the sun's rays on a cannon to announce the moment! Just you and the sun and your cannon. That all changed on November 18, 1883. heathercoxrichardson.substack.com/p/november-1...
