Lila just squeaked by. And you know, this one was so close I think it'll be a good idea to still sketch the runners up while Lila gets the full inks and colors treatment.

There is a novella that acts as a companion piece to the game. I bet would add some detail where the game came up short. Sadly, I don't think it's been properly translated. Still, I've got my eyes on the director's other games, D2 and Enemy Zero.

D was a curiosity to me for a long time. I finally played it a year or two ago. It felt lacking to me. I wasn't expecting it to be Myst but I really wanted more story out of it than it offers. Not to dissuade anyone from trying it. For $3, now is the time you should pick it up if you're intrigued.

The bill has been opened to feedback. Rather than dooming about the proposal, you can tell them exactly how you feel about the act here. ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet... With how much of an uphill battle Chat Control is having, you should never assume it's worthless to fight these draconian bills.

If you think an artist's style looks like AI but you can scroll back through their portfolio and see them doing the same work before 2020, congrats, you're not looking at an AI grifter. You're looking at one of the original victims whose entire style AI stole.

When someone who makes gaming videos hits their 30's and now their youtube videos have titles likes "Games Aren't FUN Anymore" "Why You Don't LIKE Games Now" "Gaming As An Adult Is HARD" Sounds an awful lot like projecting your personal issues onto your audience.

Remember Project Milo? Virtual character with likelike AI, free-flowing dialog, somehow running on a 360? Well PS3 kinda had that, except instead of spending way too much time with a prepubescent boy, you could build a wholesome relationship with anime waifus. And also like Milo it was a lie. 🧵 1/?

So I found this Japanese short film a few months ago about a girl that hounds some weirdo who turns her into a tiny cartoon super hero. I like it but it has no English subtitles. It's about 15 minutes long (20 with credits). Anyone want to take a crack translating/subbing this thing?
