Larry the Cat, the appointed Chief Mouser of Downing Street, has now outlasted 6 UK Prime Ministers, and the Queen herself. He holds the true power over the country

Work has been crazy, so the Mermay piece ended up stretching deep into June… Ref by @trueref.bsky.social [ #mermaid #ocsky #characterart #art ]

Painting of a blonde mermaid with green eyes resting on the beach around sunset. Her scales are of a salmon color, with some appearing pink under the reflecting sun. The scales extend up to her waist and breasts, providing the impression of a low-deep cut sequin neckline. She is brushing her hair with her right arm, and holding up her torso with her left arm.

If you see this, post your blue art! 💙

A mermaid/siren with fair skin, dark red hair and green scales is laying on a boulder jutting out of tranquil waters at night. A full moon hovers over the horizon, reflecting onto the waters below. Off to the distant left, a dual-masted sailing ship has crashed against a boulder and caught aflame.

If you see this, post a sword! 🗡️

Full-body portrait of a nun in traditional habit, with black veil, tunic, scapular and gloves; and white coif, guimpe and wimple. The tunic is cut on both sides to reveal tall leather boots, belts, and exposed thighs and knees. She wields on her right hand a long rapier with an elaborate hilt.

Lauma - Genshin Impact - Portrait Tried some colour and stylisation and painted one of my favourite characters from the game - Lauma, The Moonchanter of the Frostmoon Scions. Her kindness, compassion and love is something we all could use more of now #fanart #art #DigitalArt #Lauma #GenshinImpact

“You’re a famous artist, right? I can’t wait to see how you draw me like one of your French girls” — Cherie 😬 (Yes, sometimes you have to let the intrusive thoughts win and draw memes for the lulz) [ #art #portrait ]

Painting of a young woman with red curly hair. The scene suggests that she is posing nude for an artist, since there is a canvas and easel in front of her that is strategically censoring her privates.

The canvas shows the artist’s “creative” rendition of her as a stick figure with two circles as breasts.

I’m guessing it’s from some phallus-measurement contest where someone was like “see I can draw without references so that makes me superior” or some similar nonsense

The beard hair looks fantastic! I half-expected some crumbs to be still stuck in there since it's so realistic...

Gimli, LotR - Portrait Not much to say except that the more armors/metals I get to work with the more I like doing them haha The beard was still a challenge but I did my best. Happy that I didn't take too long with this one :] #fanart #art #DigitalArt #LOTR #Gimli

🧵 On social media, we feel trapped in “filter bubbles” and “echo chambers.” Often, we see this as a problem with the algorithm. Our new essay argues the problem is the feed interface itself: it constrains our movement—all we can do is scroll. We lay out an alternative vision:

From Feeds to Trails

To design the future of social media, rethink the interface before the algorithm.

“There are days where you feel like you are carrying the world on your shoulders. But other days, it feels like you’re carrying the whole firmament.” — Astera [ #art #characterart #ocsky ]

A dimly-lit human woman carrying a celestial sphere with three bright stars on her shoulders. She is looking upwards away from the viewer with a stoic expression. She is wearing a light-colored toga, turned purple by the cool-colored ambient lighting.
