Work has been crazy, so the Mermay piece ended up stretching deep into June… Ref by @trueref.bsky.social [ #mermaid #ocsky #characterart #art ]

Painting of a blonde mermaid with green eyes resting on the beach around sunset. Her scales are of a salmon color, with some appearing pink under the reflecting sun. The scales extend up to her waist and breasts, providing the impression of a low-deep cut sequin neckline. She is brushing her hair with her right arm, and holding up her torso with her left arm.

If you see this, post your blue art! 💙

A mermaid/siren with fair skin, dark red hair and green scales is laying on a boulder jutting out of tranquil waters at night. A full moon hovers over the horizon, reflecting onto the waters below. Off to the distant left, a dual-masted sailing ship has crashed against a boulder and caught aflame.

If you see this, post a sword! 🗡️

Full-body portrait of a nun in traditional habit, with black veil, tunic, scapular and gloves; and white coif, guimpe and wimple. The tunic is cut on both sides to reveal tall leather boots, belts, and exposed thighs and knees. She wields on her right hand a long rapier with an elaborate hilt.

“You’re a famous artist, right? I can’t wait to see how you draw me like one of your French girls” — Cherie 😬 (Yes, sometimes you have to let the intrusive thoughts win and draw memes for the lulz) [ #art #portrait ]

Painting of a young woman with red curly hair. The scene suggests that she is posing nude for an artist, since there is a canvas and easel in front of her that is strategically censoring her privates.

The canvas shows the artist’s “creative” rendition of her as a stick figure with two circles as breasts.

“There are days where you feel like you are carrying the world on your shoulders. But other days, it feels like you’re carrying the whole firmament.” — Astera [ #art #characterart #ocsky ]

A dimly-lit human woman carrying a celestial sphere with three bright stars on her shoulders. She is looking upwards away from the viewer with a stoic expression. She is wearing a light-colored toga, turned purple by the cool-colored ambient lighting.

A femme-presenting druid, sitting on a large rock in a dimly lit forest. She has brown hair, fair skin, and is giving a stern, scornful glance to the viewer. She is wearing a green halter top with a dark skirt, which shows off the runic tattoos inscribed on her arms and legs.

Half-body portrait of a succubus mage known as the Winged Wizard. She is sitting across from the viewer, holding a cup of red wine, with the viewer having another cup and a sealed envelope in front of him.

The Winged Wizard has fair skin, blonde hair, green eyes, and two set of dark horns protruding from the top of the forehead. She is wearing one of her distinctive green dresses, this one being a low-cut keyhole dress with ruffles made out of sheen fabric.

Artist! Quote with your horn art! (Bonus printed 3D mini I made of her in HeroForge) #art #tiefling #characterart #3dprinting #printedminis

Portrait of Calypso, a female-presenting fiend standing on the shoreline of a beach near sunset. The viewer is looking at her from slightly in front of her left shoulder and level with the top of her forehead. She is slightly turning her head towards the viewer but is focusing on something distant off to the left.

She has large bat wings and large horns that extend horizontally from above the temples before curving sharply forwards and backwards like hand axes. She is wearing a yellow strapless bikini, rose-tinted aviator sunglasses, and an oversized beach hat that rests on her horns. Behind the sunglasses are a pair of eyes with black scleras and yellow irises with a slight orange glow to them.

3D rendering of Calypso, standing on one leg, with the other leg balancing on top of a volleyball. She is holding a phone with one hand, and flashing a peace sign with the other.

3D print of Calypso, printed in gray PLA.

Welcome back, artists! ✨ 😈 Quote Post with an old piece you still like!

Full-body illustration of a succubus standing on a stairwell. Her long blonde hair cascades behind her shoulders and down her back, with two pairs of horns protruding from her forehead. Her large bat-like wings span her back, and a dark reddish tail swishes behind her. She wears a floor-length mermaid sequined dress that accentuates her figure. She twists her body slightly in contrapposto, with her torso facing left, while her head turns to the right to face the viewer.

“Having fun interfering with our plans? Good. This makes you an even worthier offering to the Archduchess” —Velvet, head cultist of Fierna when facing a party of do-gooders for the first (and last) time. #dnd #characterart #bbeg #art

Portrait of Velvet—a powerful cult head enchantress—leaning against a brick wall and looking down at the viewer. She is fair-skinned and has shoulder-length white hair. She is draped in a floor-length scarlet robe with long bell sleeves that is cinched at the waist with a leather corset. She is also wearing a matching opaque scarlet veil that covers her right eye. Her left eye peeks through a fold in the veil and reveals crimson irises and an unnatural red glow.

Just a quick example of two similar drawings of mine, one from before i took @sylessae.bsky.social’s #SylBootcamp and the other one from during the bootcamp (Week 7). Definitely encourage you to sign up!

Low-key portrait of a woman from the shoulders up. The candlelight offscreen and to the right causes harsh edge lighting on the features on her right side of her face; otherwise the scene is very dimly lit. The shadows surrounding her insinuate the presence of horns and wings, but they do not seem to be revealed by the candlelight.

“They fear my blades, but what they truly should be wary of is my wits.” —Ixia, the assassin witch #dnd #tiefling #characterart #oc #ocart #art

Painting of Ixia the assassin witch. She is a fair-skinned tiefling with large ram horns that curve backward and a tail with dorsal barbs at its tip. She is wearing a black cowl held loosely in place by a red gem with tassels; a red loincloth skirt with high leg slits; and black leather boots. She is leaping to the left (viewer’s right), extending her left hand ahead of her; her right hand is wielding a black dagger with yellow glowing runes. She is carrying two dual-bladed scimitars with similar runes on her back.

“Sometimes a warrior’s hardest fights are away from the battlefield” -Synne, tiefling paladin #dnd #oc #characterart #art

Drawing of a tiefling paladin, clad in full armor, sitting under a tree during a dimly lit night. The paladin is deep in thought, with a serious expression and a clenched fist. The paladin’s shield is by her side, and her Zweihänder is impaled into the soil a few feet away from her.

3D model of Calypso. The camera is at the ground, looking up at her. From this view, it is possible to see that she has a tail and that she is wearing a two-piece yellow bikini with a sarong and sandals. She is posing with her left leg on top of a volleyball, and making a peace sign with her left hand while holding a cell phone with her left. A large bottle of liquor is strapped to her left hip.

3D print of Calypso’s model in silver PLA. The viewpoint is from slightly above her head and looking down. The entire print is rotated so that she is facing to the right.

Show me how you draw / paint women Strong, powerful, charismatic, dangerous... and often with horns and wings 😈

Half-body portrait of Nicci, a female wizard. She has long blonde hair, sharp blue eyes, and wears a long black dress with arm floats made of sheer black fabric. She is looking at the viewer with a disdainful expression, and is conjuring a mote of bright fire that will presumably do 8d6 fire damage in a 20-ft radius area of effect.

Portrait of Agatha, a woman with her hands behind her head, holding her hair up. She is lit by a harsh, bright red light off to the left; there are no other sources of light, so the remainder of the bust is in shadow.

Week 0, 1, 2 and 3. You can definitely see the improvements in eyes and noses! (And I also dared to render…)

Black-and-white sketch of a horned humanoid (tiefling) facing to the right

Black and white drawing of a couple dancing a Standard dance, as shown from behind the lead’s head. The follow is lit from above and left with a directed spotlight.

Portrait of La Belladonna. The portrait shows a woman looking straight at the viewer in front of a dimly lit background. She has pale skin, deep red lipstick, and intense yellow eyes.

Rendered portrait of a blue-haired woman. The portrait is cut off at the bust above the breasts; the portion of her body that remain visible (shoulders, upper chest, arms) are devoid of clothing. The primary light source is off to the right of the frame, and a secondary light source is off to the left; these sources produce harsh lighting and stark contrast throughout.
