I was on a plane recently and a passenger behind me was face timing his girlfriend as the plane was taking off. I very politely (some slight sarcasm about how riveting the conversation was) reminded him that for safety reasons ... People in front of me saw him as an injured party

I don't understand why they need an injunction. Surely Section 132 of the Highways Act 1980 states that affixing any sign, picture, or mark to a structure on a highway without the consent of the highway authority is an illegal obstruction and a criminal offense.
