Like the curate's egg. Good in parts 🤣 I'm 75 and crumbling gently but still manage an active and satisfying sex life and long walks with friends but have an increasing number of health problems. Osteoporosis being the latest. Not happy about the way society is going. Homo/transphobia on the rise.

The Guardian, even in its Manchester days, was and is a Liberal supporting paper. They were never left wing economically and their social liberalism was just skin deep as seen by its response to trans people having the same rights as everyone else.

One of the main reasons I left Labour before the GE and have now joined the Greens. I will no longer vote for the lesser of two evils. Wrote and spoke to my Labour MP and have no doubt that they'll do nothing to improve the lives of trans people. All dignity and respect and nothing concrete.
