I went and saw Haught & Freddy at 9:30 club last night. It is like Eddy Mercury, Rocky Horror, Chappell Roan, Florence and the Machine were all rolled into something completely new. Fun and irreverent. A celebration of being weird!

Sourdough dough from my amazing wife, rosemary and garlic sausage, drunken goat cheese, mozzarella, soft goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, date and cumin curry, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, truffle salami, hot peppers & capers used in various combinations for our Big Green Egg pizza.

I’m walking around my place near the Blue Ridge taking photos of plants to identify. I’m amazed at the variety and also how many are considered invasive. My current favorite plant sound is Canada Wild Lettuce. It has some pretty cool medicinal qualities.
