I am so sorry.. and I'm furious we've made no progress. When I was an undergrad on the school paper IN THE 70s!, we tried to write about campus sex assaults.They were handled by campus cops, not city cops. The conflict of interest meant we got no info, the campus appeared safe, parents were happy.
