Reposted by Rob GriffithsEva de Hullu @evadeh.bsky.social · 04/12/2024Well done, Rob & team! A well-written and interesting read. I'm curious about possible solutions which allow care coordinators more time for supervision. Maybe if the long term efficiency of the MOL approach becomes evident to the administrators, it gains priority? 121
Rob Griffiths @robgriffiths.bsky.social · 05/12/2024Hi Eva, thanks! Yes, I think if there is evidence that MOL makes a difference in practice (and can be implemented flexibly in the way we think it could be), hopefully, that will build a case that time and resources should be allocated to training/supervision. Did you have any thoughts on solutions? 010

Rob Griffiths @robgriffiths.bsky.social · 04/12/2024Due to high workloads, however, care coordinators struggled to attend Method of Levels supervision sessions, and this caused them to feel less confident about implementing the approach in practice. We need to find some way to address this issue before we move to a full evaluation trial. 100
Rob Griffiths @robgriffiths.bsky.social · 04/12/2024Participants generally thought the approach could be a helpful way for service users to explore difficulties in more depth, enabling them to generate their own solutions to problems. Care coordinators also reported that they were able to integrate the approach into their routine practice. 100
