Been thinking about how Netflix approached Adolescence on social. • Tough subject matter • Native formats • Genuinely thoughtful tone • They let the audience lead Social doesn’t have to be loud or lol-heavy to make an impact. More insights like this? Subscribe to clapperboard.social

Torrey Peters is back with a bold collection pushing the boundaries of gender, power, and identity. Set in a remote logging camp, the titular story turns a winter dance into a volatile exploration of masculinity, transition, and desire. ‘Stag Dance’ is a must read this spring!

‘All The Young Queers’ is my @thisisqueerly.com Book of the Week! This wonderful collection of short stories from Nathan Evans offers a window into the challenges and triumphs of growing up queer. It’s a celebration of identity, love, and the journey to find one’s place in the world. #BookOfTheWeek

A man returns home, seeking closure—but finds comfort in a former lover’s arms. A stunning, unsentimental novel about love, trust & the search for home. I loved ‘The Edges’ by Angelo Tijssens—raw yet tender, it lingers long after the final page. #BookOfTheWeek

Love, war, and forbidden desire - ‘The Boy I Love’ is a breathtaking and heartbreaking journey into the trenches of WWI. @whusseyauthor.bsky.social masterfully blends history, romance, and raw emotion, creating a novel that will stay with you long after the final page #TheBoyILove

My pick this week for @thisisqueerly.com is ‘The Camp 100’ by Simon Doonan - a fabulous celebration of all things camp! ✨ Beautifully illustrated and unapologetically bold, it’s a playful manifesto to embrace humour and see the world through a camp lens.
