I urge anyone with those feelings to volunteer to be a poll worker. You'll see pretty quickly that it's basically impossible, with our decentralized system, to rig anything.

This guy is an energy pricing expert. Currently chief energy advisor at Gulf, long time contributor to various NPR shows. Incredibly distressing.

The next 24 hours will see staggering increases at the pump for both gasoline & diesel. Fuel margins have yet to catch up with previous wholesale hikes.
Watch for huge increases in Great Lakes and Rocky Mountain states in particular.

So sorry to hear this. It's unfortunate that the positive is not shared nearly as much as the negative. As a former newspaper journalist, I value your reporting. And as the father of a young man with autism, I truly appreciate you sharing your journey and experiences.

Majority Black Gary, Indiana lost electricity for 2 weeks. @sarahlazare.bsky.social visited the city, finding buildings reeking of rotten food, elderly residents trapped in their homes, & mass chaos. This community has already faced structural racism and disinvestment. A two-week blackout unleashed a humanitarian disaster.

Communities all along I-94 in Lake and Porter counties got slammed. Family in neighboring Portage just got power back yesterday. Local utility NIPSCO was not prepared for the magnitude of repairs needed. We've had a total lack of response from the state and FEMA. www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgaE...

It's the entire NW Indiana area. Last Tuesday's storm knocked out power to the majority of residents. It was basically an inland hurricane. Plenty of neighboring communities are still without power as well. My family members in the next county are without power, too.

Price is a big deal as well. We took a long road trip this summer and the price I paid for high-speed charging was comparable to what I would have paid for gas. Ionna was, hands down, the best network to charge at. My Chevy Equinox EV is plug and charge there, and I get a 10% GM discount.

What an awful interview with zero pushback on obvious lies about the economy, manufacturing jobs and the Michigan Senate race. And she didn't even ask him about his part in the coverup of the Epstein files by voting to confirm Todd Blanche. Journalistic malpractice.

My pet peeve is people at a backed up left-turn light who leave a huge gap between them and the car in front of them so fewer cars behind them can catch the light. Selfish jerks.

You may have been using the 8 amp setting instead of the 12 amp setting. It defaults to 8 amp until you change it. You just have to make sure your outlet can handle it.
