Crow Country is awesome! A fantastic horror game in the vein of classic Resident Evil!

I have never played a Saga game before, so let me say this: Romancing Saga 2: Revenge of the Seven, is a very boring game and I don't understand the love it gets.

Now that I've finished the entire Higurashi: When They Cry VNs, I don't know what to do with my life. Oh wait, I have Umineko: When They Cry. Nevermind!

Some may have thought it was an impossible task when I purchased a bundle of 10 Higurashi: When They Cry games, but now that I'm on the final one, I can safely say I was up to the challenge.

Another Crab's Treasure is shaping up to be a top-tier Soulslike! Haven't beaten it yet, but this game is basically Dark Souls x Spongebob!

My biggest problem with Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is that the game just doesn't know how to be subtle. There can't ever just be quiet, contemplative moments - everything has to be a spectacle, even if the scene doesn't call for it.

Today I finished reading "Spain in Our Hearts: Americans in the Spanish Civil War, 1926-1939" by Adam Hochschild. It's a fantastic history book that I feel is very relevant to our modern times. I knew nothing about the war prior to reading this book. Highly recommended!

Finished playing (reading?) Higurashi: When They Cry Chapter 3: Tatarigoroshi. This was definitely the most depressing of the three Visual Novels that I have read so far, and also the one with the strangest third act. I look forward to continuing!

An insert in my Blu-Ray of Castlevania: Nocturne had some other Viz Media manga advertised. I decided to check out one of them, Shuriken and Pleats, and found that it was a shojo manga about a teenage ninja. It wasn't bad, but also not great. I can also safely say that I'm not the target audience.

Now that I have beaten Alan Wake a second time (the Remastered version now, with the extra chapters), I can say that the game is... okay. Voice acting and story need a lot of work, the combat isn't great, and it's incredibly cheesy. But, it's also creative and atmospheric. Can't wait to play AWII!

I see comments online of people saying "If Hochul removes Adams I may actually vote for her!" YOU SHOULD BE VOTING ANYWAY. HER OPPONENT IN THE LAST ELECTION WAS LEE ZELDIN, WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

It's weird being a vegetarian and watching travel shows, because inevitably at some point they will check out local cuisine, and it's something I would never eat. Nobody ever travels across the globe to check out plant-based foods.

Having finished playing the video game "Miside", I can say that it was weird and interesting enough to recommend, at least on sale for a single playthrough. However, when it comes to the "horror video games that are also anime" genre, I would say it still loses out to Corpse Party.
