iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I'm not necessarily abandoning my current Twitch channel with this, but what I've seen about Altstream is very interesting so far, and I want to be open to exploring options. So I'm hoping this will be a fun experiment. Stay tuned.

I don't get to post much about this critter at all but I got an amazing art of "Rhyz" (a design I adopted from @deer-head-xiris.bsky.social a few years ago) by a kind Reddit user doing free requests! He even has legs and feet now!! www Shoutout to ClassyRocket750 for the work :)

Justice, delivered with her whole heart!! I commissioned Kicdon from Skeb again, this time to illustrate my tribute superhero OC, Caregiver. (So if you've been curious about what all that fuss about reviews and boosts was all about, now you know! www)

One further update on vol.4: truth be told, it is coming somewhat close to the final possible date for submission, which is within the first week of October. Keeping in mind there is no set schedule for release by the artist, I remain confident that it will be completed in time and with quality.

Officially on what is technically disc 3 now, which means that "Final Fantasy VII remembrance" will soon be coming to an end. I'll be dedicating at least one or two streams for tying up sidequests and optional stuff (not *everything* but a decent amount) before moving to the final challenge.

Of course, I am planning to continue streaming my FFVII playthrough on Twitch this week, though it will be Monday (today) and WEDNESDAY due to work shifting me around slightly. See you this evening! twitch.tv/robenicks

Treated myself to a pancake breakfast for a change. Mid-September is usually a tough time for me so partaking in small joys such as this helps to keep the morale up.

I haven't ended up making the new graphic for next week's streams but it should be back to a two-day schedule, so I'll be continuing the FFVII playthrough on Monday and Tuesday evening. Sticking with my plan to focus on FFVII though the temptation to stream the Resonance demo is kinda strong ngl

Stream schedule for... the last day of August, since I'm still a bit loaded with work going into September あああああ The extra long session worked well last time, though, so I'll be trying that again on Monday when I continue the Final Fantasy VII playthrough! (7:30pm PDT) Please look forward to it!

Since I was thinking about him recently, I decided to request @eryckwebb.bsky.social do a quick sketch of my TTRPG hero Hydrant's updated/grown up look. I'm also doing my best to stay hydrated this summer. 🥵

An excuse to dust off one of my old ideas into the mix! 💧 I originally played a younger, inexperienced version of Hydrant in a livestreamed Mutants and Masterminds campaign years ago, but I figure he'd eventually have grown up and got a handle on his abilities at some point.

Ever Crisis won't be a regular thing I do on stream but (aside from the whole End of Service thing) I've been waiting to play ANYTHING related to Before Crisis since it was a silly little phone game that never launched outside of Japan prior to this, and it's already doomed to be lost again.
