Not having a referendum will give Farage a platform. Anyhow I will expect the EU to require a referendum barring a pro EU landslide at a GE. Brexiters are already sniffing blood.

The EU is likely to demand a referendum. That said, Brexiters are trying to drum up their mob by saying there may not be a referendum.

No ref has its fans. The exceptionalism just oozes. The EU needs to ask for a referendum for this reason alone.

Donald Trump as a fish and chip stop owner in Yorkshire is where AI has led us. And I thought the future held flying cars.

Reform UK leader Nigel Farage actually typed this into the internet. Please don't adjust your irony meter.

Apart from the AfD not currently standing a chance of forming a government and Le Pen being to the left of Burnham there needs to be prize for spotting the obvious flaw in Mr Neill's economic argument. A subtle hint below.

I live in Trump country. I live 2 doors down from a Dollar General (it was not here when I moved here however they built it a few years ago.... the second Dollar General in town and the 4th Dollar store). I saw this in Dollar General's car park. So yeah America has a problem

The appropriate authorities should also look into violence at the Reform Conference.

Populism is based on the Ad Populum fallacy that gives the illusion that bad ideas are true if they garner enough support. The red and green down and upvotes on the comment section on Daily Mail articles is a good example. Climate change denial being the best example.

A lack of growth in the EC spurred on Thatcher to send Baron Cockfield (pronounced Co-field) to Europe and his solution was the Single Market. I would contend that Britain's vision of the SM at the outset was transactional rather than a binding part of European unity.

The one quality I saw in Liddle is he would stand up for free speech even when today's fanboys probably would not agree with him. Other wise he was an edgelord (albeit not as dumb as the likes of Musk) trying to provoke a reaction A troll in print. www.thetimes.com/comment/arti...
