Sooooo, yeah, this is what it looks like when it's 90+ F and I'm not going to wear full makeup because it's just going to melt off anyway 😂 Oh to be young again. That said, not so bad for an elder goth.

Not going to lie, I was about 5 minutes away from going out and finding a giant orange cat to adopt. And then I met this amazing woman.

Seraphina and I went to a lovely little French restaurant (La Foret in Denver on Broadway) yesterday for brunch. Food was amazing; crab benedict topped with caviar 👀 Going to have to go back for dinner at some point in the near future! #Denver

If you haven't caught the AP News Report out of VA about the drunken raccoon, you should go read that. Also, here's some new advertising out today from the VA ABC (not joking) 🤣 #DrunkenRaccoon #VAABC

We went to see @mikemasse.com tonight. If you've never seen his Viral video of him performing 'Africa' you prob don't know who he is. Great covers of various songs from the 70s / 80s, basically a dinner theater thing that I took my GF parents to and everyone had a great time!

If you've never seen #GWAR you should at least once. It's absolutely absurd and a lot of fun. My GF had never seen them.

Went to Cirque Du Soleil 'Echo' last night. As always an absolutely amazing show. The first time I saw Cirque was in 1992 for 'Saltimbanco' and I've seen most if not every touring show since, as well as some of the shows in Vegas and one at Disney.

Tonight is a tomato pesto cream sauce over Ziti pasta with shrimp, crab, and some black-eyed peas. The I had some of the peas prepped so I figured I'd throw them in, pairs surprisingly well. 🍽

I'm pretty sure this is banker for "I didn't think the leopards would eat *my* face". #LeopardsAteMyFace

Image of text that reads:

In Private conversations, some Wall Street executives go much further. One senior investment banker says the disorder and unpredictability of Trump's actions - and those of Elon Musk, the billionaire Tesla chief who has become one of his most senior lieutenants - was greater than many business leaders had anticipated.

"With hindsight we did not appreciate the nature of what the administration was going to be like," the banker says. "I do believe they are hurting their stated objectives of peace and prosperity."

Starting from when I was a kid in the 70s I've been a Godzilla fan. Later in life I learned the US releases of the Toho movies were awful hacks. I just bought a wonderful collector's edition of the first 15 movies, original Japanese releases. It comes as a coffee table book with the blu-ray inside.
