Recognizing Marvin Feldman's death of AIDS on this day in 1986. The son of my beloved elementary school principal Esther, his death was memorialized as the first panel in the AIDS Quilt.

Waiting at the vet. Our fluffy cat Leo had a biopsy of what turns out to be a mass in his nasal cavity (sneezing a lot). Poor guy had to stay overnight bc he was bleeding. Vet just called for the owners of Peanut, and we instinctively began to get up. :( #Caturday

I do not have many street scenes from Oxford. This shows bus, bike, and pedestrians. Also saw many scooters. Transit was exceptional here. And with myriad public footpaths, too, it was a wonderful time.

Bowerman's Nose Tor is at the edge of a family farm. The folklore about it varies widely. Core elements concern the hunter Bowerman and his dogs chasing a hare (really a witch Levera who shape shifted) until tired out. She turned him and his hounds to stone. #BowermansNose #Dartmoor #Devon
