This case is another example of outside interests trying to control Colorado students and families. The case was argued by an attorney trained by the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group designated as an anti-LGBTQ+ hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Enough is enough. #HandsOffColorado

The Supreme Court of the United States denied an appeal of Lee v. Poudre School District that claimed teaching students about gender identity violates parental rights, meaning the Court will not hear the case and the decision of the lower courts rejecting this argument stands. #HandsOffColorado
