Colorado Initiative 109 would affect children and students from kindergarten all the way through college, and it would open the door to invasive questioning and inspections that put every girl in Colorado sports at risk of harassment and scrutiny.

Petitions for Ballot Initiatives #109 and #110 have been submitted to the Secretary of State's office, but they aren’t on the ballot yet. The signatures still need to be validated before these make it onto the ballot.

There are 2 ballot petitions circulating that would take away rights from the families of trans youth (#109 and #110). One attacks their ability to play sports. The other tries to ban life-saving healthcare. If someone asks you to sign one, say no thanks, and tell your friends why. #HandsOffColorado

The U.S. Supreme Court just refused to take up a case against Poudre School District that claimed lessons or discussions about gender identity violate parental rights. That means the lower court’s decision where that argument was rejected still stands. This is a win for all students.
