What's wrong is that a teacher i had to wonder if i was going to come home every day, that I had metal bookshelves to block the windows of my classroom...just in case of a shooter trying to get in to shoot up my students. That is what is "wrong with us". Live by the sword...

Sorry, no empathy, as he had none. I think about walking into my classroom every single day, wondering if I would get in my car and drive home. My heart breaks for the kids at Sandy Nook, Parkland and Uvale. The fear they endure every single day.

You know, as a public school teacher, I walked into my building every day wondering if it would be my last. Training kids to throw textbooks at a shooter, having a metal high top chair to swing at an intruder in the classroom. Sorry, you live by the sword....
