Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 26/04/2023Nature shot. Plain, not much to it. The leaves in front of the fruit don't help either. 000

Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 25/04/2023I'm *very* proud of this one ❤️ I think the composition is very good, and although the lighting conditions were far from ideal I managed to get a pretty decently exposed shot! It's not as sharp and focused as I'd like but I'm taking the W anyways 100
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Abstract/nature snap from a walk in the part yesterday. I like how this one turned out! More than anything I'm happy that I thought of capturing it in the first place, it's not as easy to notice how something might be interesting when it's not an actual subject. 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023My lovely GF as my first human subject Lighting was godawful and this was mostly an exercise in "how low can I bring the ISO/how high can I bring the shutter speed and still have something that you can at least understand what you're looking at" 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Me dipping my toes into the prestigious genre of "I'm sick and fucking sucks" I just didn't want to lose the streak lol 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023This was my first attempt at an action shot. It really is not great: the bg is bad, and the lighting wasn't good either. Also this little raskal does the goofiest poses, and loves to blink right as I click the shutter button lmao Good camera practice though! 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Silhouette time! Not too happy with the crop but the background was not usable to either side of this :p Played a lot with processing too to get the gradient (original bg was all warm) Good exercise, with mildly interesting result 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023And then I decided to buy a proper camera! Wanted one for a long time and I decided that if there was any time to get one, it was while I was on this photog kick. Got a used Nikon D3300 This is very much just me playing with the exposure controls, and trying to see how to get a nice bokeh 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023This one was heavily inspired (i.e. plagiarized) by some other picture I'd seen while browsing Reddit that day. The yellow door gives a bit of nice contrast, although 1. not enough to make it good and also 2. its lines clash a bit with the fridge door's. 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023The previous day's lil fella's brother. First time featuring a human in these pics hahah I *really* like how this one turned out. Again with the phone camera quality limitation, but I'm quite proud of it anyways. 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023A bit more artsy pet pick! This one had sooo much potential, but my shitty phone camera couldn't do it justice. Maybe with a little more time I could get it better but I was in a hurry that day. Still. Look at this lil fella ❤ 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Abstract geometric shapes exercise! Bit plain and boring but not terrible for a first attempt I guess 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023At this point I made a decision to try and do something different everyday. For this day, I tried, like, a shower still life? Don't know lmao Not a huge fan of this one. But the exercise of trying to make it a bit interesting was cool, even if I didn't succeed. 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Next day was this pic of our cat, Mel. Not like a crazy sharp or artsy snap or anything but a decent casual pet pic, I think. I liked her pose and expression. The door on the right side is not ideal but w/e. Like I said, a nice casual picture 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023This was the first one. I was browsing /r/analog one day and got inspired (hence the grain filter lol) I actually really, really like how this came out. Quality is not great since I was just using my phone but still. The colors are nice, and I liked the composition. 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 24/04/2023Been getting into photography and decided to post 1 pic a day. If you follow me on Twitter you might have seen it. There I only post the picture, decided I will post them here as well but with a few comments for each one :) 110
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 23/04/2023Does anyone seriously prefer the current Pikachu design over the original chunky boi? 000
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 21/04/2023In other news: the line height gets to taller in the third line for some reason. Wonky! 000
Rafa Bulsing @rmbalt.bsky.social · 21/04/2023I love this K&P sketch.
