Back at the Edinburgh Fringe, and ready to do some improv fantasy comedy with the rest of Side Quest. And this year, we even have a big poster close to the underbelly.

Been a hot minute since I've last made an update post for the visual novel (not like there's a rush mind you, as it's just a passion project.) Done most of the rooms for the first episode now, with maybe one or two locations left. Here's a small peek. #VNDev #GameDev #RPGBakin #RubyStringWitch (1/2)

Went to the Sheffield Gaming Market today in the small hope I would be able to find physical copies of some of the SaGa games. ... But instead of finding one or two of them, I actually managed to find all the SFC, PS1 and PS2 games all in box and with their manuals. 😍😍😍

Box copies of: Romancing SaGa 1, Romancing SaGa 2, Romancing SaGa 3, SaGa Frontier 1, SaGa Frontier 2, Unlimited SaGa, and Romancing SaGa Minstrel Song.

Been spending the day working on the nightclub Moonlight Dew for the visual novel. Might add stuff to the walls at a later date, and make an additional map for the toilets and bar. But for now, I want to try to get another map finished today as well. #VNDev #GameDev #RPGBakin #RubyStringWitch

For the last couple of days, I've been working on a proof of concept scene for a visual novel I want to create. Partly to get more used to the workflow of RPG Developer Bakin, and partly so I have something to show friends when they ask about it. #VNDev #GameDev #RPGBakin #RubyStringWitch

Earlier this morning I managed to discover something in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream that I haven't seen anyone else talk about yet. If a Mii has a fight with someone they have a crush on, if they apologize afterwards, then they'll also confess their feelings at the same time.

My greatest achievement so far in Tomodachi Life is Taskmookster. Basically, I made a pet in game called MOOKs (Mobsters of Outrageous Krookedness) and for a while I struggled coming up with a tv show to make, until I decided to make a parody of Taskmaster with the MOOKs. Just, we have Taskmookster.

5 MOOKs contestants are on the left hand side, while on the right is Greg MOOK and Little Alex MOOK.

AITA for not wanting to reply back to this message I got on Tinder? Because honestly, I feel insulted that this person didn't even try to write a good opener. Like even a "Hey, how are you?" would be better than this nothing burger.

Screenshot of a Tinder message that says "Hey!" and nothing else.

Just beaten a pretty fun arcadey game by @axlegear.bsky.social called Rusty Seas. And I got to say, that one Kickstarter backer called RJ must really love kobolds or something. 👀 Totally not me or anything. But in all seriousness, what a great game. Glad I backed it.

Was showing a friend my favourite Tom Lehrer song yesterday, and I mentioned how he was still alive at the ripe age of 97. Turns out, he passed away yesterday. Shame to lose such an amazing comedic singer, but hey, he did live a long life. Anyway, Poisoning Pigeons In The Park is my favourite song.

Just learnt that 'Marisa Stole The Precious Thing' (A song I used to listen to a lot in secondary school) was a Marisa x Alice shipping song this whole time. Always presume Marisa stole one of Alice's dolls or something. I don't know why it never occurred to me it was her heart that got stolen.
