Interesting stuff! I think there's zero chance they go with Pentagram or another huge agency, personally. I don't think it would fit with the optics of the administration at all. I'd expect a medium sized, established NYC agency who will go with something mom-and-pop food market inspired.

I realized today that all the gayboys having mullets and moustaches now must be because they're modelling themselves after the Chuckle Brothers and now I can't unsee it.

Literally every gayboy over 20. Not really. It's actually a shoulders-up shot of the Chuckle Brothers, in blue shirts, mullets and moustaches resplendent, looking to the left with worried expressions.

The Steam Machine reminds me a bit of Deep Thought from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film. I choose to believe that this is intentional.

Heating engineers came to spec up the house for some work yesterday. We forgot that this sign was in a cupboard they needed to inspect. The engineers were... bemused. It's not mine, I hasten to add.

This is the sort of thing that I'd do. Ship emerging, stars/planets/galaxies but distorted by ripples/waves. Classic sci fi adventure typography in that kind of 70s style. Bright, non-macho colour that is a contrast of the blackness of the space-water and gives a sort of colour inversion effect.
